1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SignalScreen, operated by DataGrid Softwares LLP ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

SignalScreen is an AI-powered technical interview screening platform that enables organizations to conduct automated, structured technical assessments of candidates. The service includes AI-driven interviews, evaluation reports, screen recording, and team collaboration tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Share candidate interview links with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use the platform to discriminate against candidates on the basis of protected characteristics
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract data from the platform without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The SignalScreen platform, including its design, features, code, and AI models, is the intellectual property of DataGrid Softwares LLP. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create through the platform, including job descriptions, rubrics, and organizational data.

6. Interview Data and AI-Generated Content

• Interview transcripts, recordings, and candidate responses are owned by your organization.
• AI-generated evaluations and reports are provided as advisory tools and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions.
• We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and platform, but will never share identifiable candidate data with third parties for their own purposes.

7. Candidate Consent

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates before using SignalScreen to conduct interviews. This includes informing candidates that they will be interacting with an AI interviewer and that their session may be recorded.

8. Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed according to the pricing plan selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataGrid Softwares LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DataGrid Softwares LLP from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
